A business analyst's life

 

Life as a Trust & Value business analyst is busy and varied. You could be working in any industry somewhere in South-Eastern Europe. Typical tasks performed by our business analysts include:

  • Using specific techniques and tools, conduct studies, assessments, interviews and statistical analysis of the processes and procedures of a client's operation.
  • Seek and identify the root causes of operational and organisational difficulties.
  • Seek and identify opportunities for enhancement of current client's activities
  • Ensure that all conclusions and observations are properly validated and accurately reported.
  • Participate in the business review write-up and contribute to the development of the client's presentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all schedules - no backlog.
  

 

 

A process specialist's life

 

Life as a Trust & Value process specialist is busy and varied. You can be working in any industry somewhere in South-Eastern Europe.

Typical tasks performed by a process specialist include:

  • Accurately analyse work processes, systems, organisational functions and structures using interviews, observation, data and statistical analysis to determine how to generate added value.
  • Prepare and conduct meetings and one-on-one interface with clients and colleagues.
  • Initiate innovative solutions where required and work closely with colleagues and project management to ensure that the solutions are implemented.
  • Train client individuals and task forces in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques and implement the appropriate methodology.
  • Train and coach consultants.
  

 

 

A project manager's life

 

Life as a Trust & Value project manager is busy and varied. You could be working in any industry somewhere in South-Eastern Europe.

Typical tasks performed by a project manager include:

  • Establish credible and enduring professional business relationships with client's individuals.
  • Ensure that the identified project deliverables are completed on time and are consistent with both the client and Trust & Value requirements for cost, schedule and quality.
  • Initiate areas of additional opportunity within the client's organisation or related businesses.
  • Establish credible and enduring professional business relationships with client's individuals.
  • Provide sufficient training for each process specialist.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of Trust & Value.
  • Participate in business development and business review activities, project design and specifications.
